This & That continued

 After adding last pix  to  previous  post, had problems with my computer. Couldn't get it  to do anything, so restart was in order. The space bar, double or triple a's and e's,  means  its time to shop for a new laptop or something.

The  summer  so far hasn't  been to bad, temps in mid 20's  is  OK, some mornings  with single digit lows cools house nicely. Have  only  had one  fire in the area, north of Tatla Lake in Martin Lake area lots of men  on the  ground and helicopters in the sky kept careful track  of it until it was called held. Helicopters could fill the buckets from really close  Tatla Lake. Relief. And enuff rain in Tatlako that most  areas are still almost green. I  keep what  I call a go bag right by car keys, important stuff like passport, wallet, small amount of cash, change  of clothes etc.  Easy to grab if I had to leave in a hurry.

My  next trip out  will  be to  Williams   Lake and  south to Ashcroft  and  Desert  Hills, just  waiting until field tomatoes are ready. Then tomatoes on toast for  breakfast and 1  or 2 tomatoes with cottage cheese with every meal.
